To mark National Student Volunteer Week (NSVW), the University of Tasmania in collaboration with the TUU have organised an afternoon tea to thank our student volunteers, to promote student volunteering and to thank those who volunteered in the aftermath of the Hobart floods.

NSVW is now in its sixth year, and the concept was first developed to encourage innovative and meaningful student engagement to raise students’ awareness of the difference they can make. This year the theme of the campaign is ‘challenge – change – celebrate.’
