During National Student Volunteer Week in Central Goldfields, a number of local community organisations requiring volunteers will be opening their doors to highlight opportunities within their organisations. Schools and universities will be assisting in aligning career pathways and further education opportunities around these volunteering positions.

Volunteer expo

The expo offers students and local youth the opportunity to discover a wide range of volunteering roles where they can network with people involved in various non-profits, community groups and education providers.

The event will be held at the Station Domain, Community Hub, 48 Burns Street, Maryborough, 15 August from 11am to 2pm with a free community BBQ.
