Volunteering Information Session

Volunteering Information Session

Volunteering is a great way to have a break from your studies, gain practical hands-on experience, discover new places, make new friends and add to your resume. However it can be daunting to sign on for any new experience, especially if you are heading out into unknown locations with people you don't know yet!

Conservation Volunteers Australia (CVA) invites you to come along to their Volunteering Information Session and discover more about the programs they offer, with opportunities to join teams locally, around Australia and overseas.

They are holding the info session at 6pm on Tuesday 4th August at their CVA Adelaide Office in "The Joinery" building at 111 Franklin Street in Adelaide city centre.

CVA welcomes 1000's of volunteers each year - many are students!

Volunteers may be senior high school or tertiary students, job-seekers, workers, holiday-makers, retirees, new migrants, families, groups of friends, corporate volunteers, nature-lovers or people who need a physical activity to keep-fit but don't like the gym...

They look forward to welcoming you, hearing about your interests and finding out what you would like to gain through volunteering.

Bookings are essential, you can book to attend by phone, email or register directly through the CVA website.
